In addition to the FBO, SheltAir currently owns and manages eight corporate aircraft hangars with office and shop areas totaling over 80,000 square feet. SheltAir is in the planning stages of increasing its hangar capacity by approximately 100,000 square feet of new corporate aircraft facilities, all with excellent airfield access to first-class FBO services. These planned facilities will include new first-class hangars, adjacent to our existing property.
